We are proud to announce our new Rapid Prototyping service. With this new program, we can quickly supply customers with the optical components and coatings they need for prototyping purposes. Prototyping runs consist of small volume orders ranging from 10 to 50 pieces of a desired optical component- anything from lenses to mirrors to prisms. In order to make your prototyping experience easier and faster, we have listed below the optical specifications, glass types, and coatings required to meet our 4 week turnaround. These limits are not absolute and components outside this envelope may be possible, but longer lead times may be required to accommodate for non-standard processes.

We can produce single and multiple prototyping runs based on your schedule. The entire prototyping process from order to finish takes four weeks or less. If additional parts are needed the tooling can then be used to produce short-run production parts. We bring together optical manufacturing and thin-film coating to deliver your parts to you, when you need them.
