Manufacturing Capabilities

We possess one of the worldwide largest prism manufacturing facilities and complete lines of lens manufacturing facilities which is capable of producing optical components in prototype to high volume quantities. These resources, along with a wide variety of unique strategic sourcing partnerships, allow us to provide high quality custom and stock optics that easily meet or surpass your needs.

We provide full Computer-Numerically Controlled (CNC) services, utilizing precision OptoTech equipment to perform CNC lens grinding and polishing; and, we offer Computer-Numerically Controlled Metal Fabrication. We have an optical coating clean-room and offers a wide range of in-house applied stock lens coatings. We provide the application of custom thin film coatings up to 130 layers and our coatings selection includes: Broadband and V-Coat Antireflection, Polarizing, Metallic, and Narrow Bandpass.
